Legal and support

This page links the documents that govern your use of Monaiq and tells you where to get help.

Document What it is
Seller agreement The agreement you accept to sell on Monaiq.
Terms of service The terms of service for using Monaiq.
Privacy policy The privacy policy for Monaiq.

For help, contact support@monaiq.com.

If you sell on Monaiq, you can ask for help without leaving the portal. monaiq.com/manage/support lists every request on your account and is where you raise a new one.

Raising a request asks four things: what you need (a question, a bug, an outage, or an idea), which part of Monaiq it is about, a one-line summary, and the details. Do not paste API keys or card numbers into it. We never need them.

Sending it takes you straight to the request’s own page. That page carries the status, the target for a first response when the request has one, and every reply from the Monaiq team. You answer from the same page. If a request has been resolved and you still need help, reply to it and we reopen it.

We email you when the team replies and when a request is resolved, and that email links back to the request. You never need an Atlassian account, and you never leave Monaiq to read an answer.

Support is part of your seller package.

Scale Priority support

While the preview program is running, every seller holds the Preview package, which carries priority support. Pricing and fees has the whole table.

If your package does not include support requests, the Support page says so and points you at the documentation. Requests you have already raised stay readable, and you can still reply to them.
